With our usual top two tight ends out, Darren Waller will emerge as the No. 1 TE target in PPR formats. It stands to reason that he would earn that role, as he had been averaging 8.9 targets per game ahead of Week 10. That number was good for the most at the position this year. He and Noah Fant (7.2 targets per game) represent the highest-floor players at the volatile TE spot.

There are still plenty of worthwhile streamers available, and PPR formats create some extra ones. Eric Ebron (vs. Bengals) has a good matchup and has seen at least four targets in all but one game so far this season. T.J. Hockenson (vs. Washington) is in a similar boat and with Kenny Golladay (hip) out, and he could see just as many targets as he did against the Colts in Week 8 (10). Trey Burton (vs. Titans) and Logan Thomas (@ Lions) also qualify as players who should continue to get solid target shares.

If you have to trust a dart throw at TE with so many top options out, there are some solid, higher-floor players who will at least get the targets needed to keep a lineup afloat. As appealing as it may be to hunt for a TD-based sleeper, sticking with guys like Ebron, Hockenson, Burton, and Thomas will be the way to win until some of the better fantasy TEs are back in action once their byes end and injuries heal up.
