Brian Leonard and Bobby Rainey are the only healthy running backs left for Tampa Bay, so we could see a lot of passing from rookie QB Mike Glennon if James misses time. Good news for Vincent Jackson and Tim Wright, but we’ll see how Glennon handles the spotlight.

MORE FANTASY: Biggest injury risks | Week 10 Studs & Duds | Fantasy Source 30-day trial

- Bears QB Jay Cutler made a surprisingly quick return from a partially torn groin, but his comeback ended early when he suffered an ankle injury late in the fourth quarter against the Lions. Cutler, who appeared to be limited by the groin in the second half, was again replaced by Josh McCown, who led the Bears to a late TD. This could continue to be a frustrating situation for fantasy owners, but at least both quarterbacks have a good grasp of Chicago's offense, so Bears receivers shouldn't be affected either way.

UPDATE: Cutler has been diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain and is considered week-to-week, though owners shouldn't expect him back before the fantasy playoffs. McCown will start for now.

- The Bills got quarterback EJ Manuel back from a knee injury sooner than expected, but lost Stevie Johnson to a groin injury in Week 10 against the Steelers. Johnson came up lame in the fourth quarter and was quickly ruled out, though it's worth noting the Steelers had a comfortable lead. While this could be a minor injury, it's worth noting that Johnson has a history of groin injuries in each of the previous two seasons.

Losing Johnson would be another blow to a Bills passing attack that's also missing Robert Woods and using a QB at less than 100 percent. That should be good news for Bills backs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller, but the Buffalo offense was a total flop in all facets Sunday against the Steelers.

- Titans QB Jake Locker exited Sunday's game against the Jaguars in the second quarter with a right foot injury and was unable to return. Locker was limping severely on his way to the locker room and could be in for another extended absence. Locker missed Weeks 5-6 with a hip injury that was supposed to cost him up to two months. Ryan Fitzpatrick replaced Locker, leaving the Titans receivers with little upside.

UPDATE: Titans coach Mike Munchak confirmed Monday that Locker suffered a season-ending Lisfranc injury.

- Packers QB Seneca Wallace, who was starting in place of the injured Aaron Rodgers, left Sunday's game against the Eagles in the first quarter with a groin injury and was unable to return. It's yet another blow to a crippled Packers passing attack. Wallace was replaced by practice squad call-up Scott Tolzien, which isn't good news for Packers receivers. It wouldn't be surprising to see Green Bay sign a quarterback this week, even if Wallace's injury isn't serious.

UPDATE: The Packers are already expecting Tolzien to start in Week 11. Cue up the Brett Favre rumors.

- 49ers TE Vernon Davis left Sunday's game against the Panthers in the second quarter with a concussion and did not return. Davis slammed his head on the turf after dropping a pass and was later ruled out, ending his day with one catch for 2 yards. He was replaced by rookie Vance McDonald, who has a chance to make an impact in a thin 49ers passing attack if Davis misses time. Of course, it's also a chance for Anquan Boldin and Mario Manningham, who made his season debut Sunday, to step up. Either way, it's bad news for Colin Kaepernick.

- ESPN.com reports that Falcons TE Tony Gonzalez was limping in the locker room with an injured toe on his left foot following Sunday's loss to Seattle. Gonzalez said he was able to play through the injury Sunday, but wasn't at full speed and will get some tests on the toe this week. The loss of Gonzalez would be a crippling blow to an already struggling Falcons offense.
